I’m not a big cook, but I do love to sail. A meal that sticks out for me are prawns straight off of the trap on a boat in the Gulf islands, fried up with butter and served with pasta.
Catch the prawns off of the side of your boat or purchase fresh prawns.
Fry the prawns in butter until pink and cooked through.
Toss with pasta and enjoy.
