- I mean, where do I start?! I could never do Tokyo’s food scene justice so I’ll just share that our last trip there was focused on (1) finding the best ramen, and (2) finding the best French pastry. We found overwhelmingly amazing places, many of which provided experiences I’ll hold onto forever. One cool place to share is a little bakery called Shirohige’s Cream Puff Factory that makes cream puffs shaped like Totoro.

- If you are in any way interested in pens, art supplies and stationery in general, the more-than-100-year-old Itoya is not to be missed. I spent over four hours with two of my kids in the second building that’s dedicated to pens, brushes and all manner of writing implements. It was simply amazing.
