This wonton soup does not taste like any wonton soup in North America. My grandma cooks it during festivals or big events like weddings.
Ingredients
- Wonton wrapper
- Ground meat
- Bok choy
Instructions
Step 1
Make wonton wrapper out of a dough.
Step 2
Chop bok choy into pieces.
Step 3
Mix bok choy pieces with ground meat.
Step 4
Add ingredients such as salt into the mixture.
Step 5
Take a small portion of the mixture and wrap it into the wonton wrapper.
Step 6
Boil some hot water and throw wontons into it.
Step 7
Cook to a boil.
